Tomás Saraceno & Fahim Amir
Read through the inscriptions of Donna Haraway's seminal work on companion species, artist Tomás Saraceno and philosopher Fahim Amir address questions of political potential in artistic research that deals with the animal question. Discussing affect, reverberation and loudness, the speakers will discuss Theodor Adorno's notorious statement in relation to experimentation in the realms of aesthetics, production and politics.
Philosopher Fahim Amir and artist Tomás Saraceno engage in a conversation about challenges and promises of multi species constellations in art starting from both Saracenos work with spiders and Haraways´ Companion Species Manifesto (2003).
